This PR includes two main changes:

  1. Adds a new CI/CD test pipeline to validate Hugo builds during merge requests and for the French translation branch. This ensures that any changes to the documentation can be verified to build correctly before merging.

  2. Reorganizes the weight values for advanced documentation pages to create a more logical progression with better spacing between values. This allows for easier future insertion of new pages within sections.

Delete Branch "sync-with-master"

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
