-This is very simple pasta sauce.
-Unlike modern store-bought sauces, there is no added sugar, only the subtle taste of San Marzano tomatoes.

-- a can of San Marzano tomatoes (or home-grown with some extra pulp)

-- oregano or basil (Dried or diced)
